A golden moment in time I captured during my recent visit to London, England, after 22 years.
As the hands of time complete their turns on the Big Ben’s clock face, the face of London continues to evolve.
The changes were so marked in the 22 years between my 2 visits, I can only wonder what someone from an older more gilded age would think, if we could turn back time, or cause a bend in the space and time continuum.
Definitely something to keep a(n) (London) Eye on!

When I finally made it back to London after 22 years, I was almost going to miss getting on the London Eye because of a hectic meetings schedule. But at the end of the day of ICANN meetings towards the end of my extremely short stay, I headed to the landmark.
Of course, right after I paid for it is when the otherwise great London weather I was enjoying turned to rain. But, despite that I was able to enjoy new views and viewpoints of London that I had not seen before, including this unique shot showing a big bending stairway, seemingly to heaven, against the majestic backdrop of Big Ben and the magnificent Parliament building.

I Eye London Eye - IMRAN™ on Flickr.
I Eye London Eye.
Nearly 22 years ago, I stood at this same spot to take pictures during my first trip to London. I had stopped to visit relatives on my way from Pakistan to continue across the Atlantic Ocean to New York.
The great old historic city was as interesting and bustling as before. If anything, it was significantly more ‘internationalized’ in terms of the demographics.
But architecturally the biggest change was seeing the London Eye that was nowhere in the pictures I took at the River Thames during my previous visit.
I was also lucky to have amazing weather during my visit. This is a WindowsPhone Lumia 1020 photo.

This is a WindowsPhone Lumia 1020 time lapse of about one hour shown in 10 seconds.
Despite a heavily cloudy day, the suns’s beams slit the cloud and painted the sky in gorgeous colors that reflected on the waters of Tampa Bay at Apollo Beach.
Watch in HD for best colors.
I am thrilled when I see light cloud patterns across the low horizon at sunset time because they make for the most stunning sunset pictures.
Either a narrow dark band that splits the sky into bands of bright yellow, dark red and orange; or these almost paintbrush like light strokes of semi-opaque cloud that the sun’s light is able to pass through and paint over the edges in golden and red tones.
This SOOC (straight out of camera) Nikon D300 image was labeled with my name in Photoshop and straightened 0.4 degrees in iPhoto. I did not tweak any color or shade, not even to make the boat slicing through the water more visible.
This was just another of those stunning sunsets that make me bow my head in gratitude and amazement to God.

I was still a final year student at University of Engineering and Technology (Lahore, Pakistan) when Mir Shakil-ur-Rehman, the owner of the media empire in this NY Times story ( http://j.mp/1r9rVO6 ), invited me to work directly for him. I was 22 then.
I had met him a few times before, mostly as a student leader leading protest marches into his office when Jang, the leading Pakistan newspaper but that would cave in and give greater coverage to the Taliban cousins Jamate-Islami fundamentalists party. So it was an ironic twist to become one of his key people.
He originally invited me to write on a Youth page but in my first day visiting his office I saw how IBM people in Pakistan were about to rip him off by selling electric typewriters with changeable font balls as "desktop publishing systems". I made a comment about that.
Yes, I always spoke my mind regardless of the "stature" of the people in the room and continue to do so.
Shakil didn't sign the contract and immediately said, forget the youth page, I want you to sit with me here every day and advise me on anything you want. He had the foresight to see that my vision of technology changing media changing society changing the world was the missing piece in his media/society part of the equation.
I learned a lot of lessons from him, 90% of them good, and just 10% of them disappointments. That is a pretty amazing ratio in a world full of us imperfect people. And I am sure there have been times I must have disappointed him too. But I consider him one of the best teachers in my life besides my parents.
He did his best to dissuade me from going to Columbia Business School on a full scholarship, saying I would learn so much more as his right hand man. I have no doubt that would have been true, but I am glad I left. Yes, it would have been an amazing journey with Shakil, but I would still be an employee of a tycoon. I am blessed and grateful for all that life has brought my way on my own.
Our friendship continued over the last 25 years I spent in America. I literally flew in on a PIA flight carrying several thousands pounds of equipment for the well known News International which I was involved in the launch of. I literally flew in minutes before the newspaper went to press.
Shakil left the press building even as plates for the very first copies of the paper were being mounted onto presses. Even though it was a lifetime dream of his family coming true, he drove from the Jang Karachi building to the airport to personally receive me inside the terminal and then drove me to the press with him to see the very first copies of the newspaper roll off the press. I always honor him for how he has always honored me over the years.
Though we are not related at all, we used to look alike a bit. (Maybe the prominent nose LOL). He always treated me like a younger brother he did not have (unless I happened to ask for a raise LOL). And he would always laugh when I would affectionately mimic his distinctive manner and style of speaking.
One day we were in his magnificent office on the top floor of the Jang Building in Lahore when I did my impression of him. He was laughing out loud when his assistant (Fayyaz) said a well known but obnoxious person (son of a national leader), who had not personally met Shakil before, was there to visit.
Like in a comedy movie, Shakil thought my impression was so great I should meet that obnoxious person acting as Shakil and Shakil would become Imran. We both moved to the "drawing room" part of the office when the guest came in. And I have to say, I was so flawless in doing my Shakil impression the guest (who had spoken to MSR before on the phone) had no clue what happened. Shakil and I had to do everything in our power not to crack up laughing. We did not do that again, but I remember that and many other adventures, mid-day or midnight, that we shared with love, trust and affection.
Though Shakil and I do not get time to speak regularly now, I still consider him one of the smartest, most forward looking businessmen in the world. Yes, Jang, and the GEO channel, are brilliant commercial media organizations. But not once did I ever see action or hear any words come out of the mouth of Shakil (or his late father the great Mir Khalil ur Rehman, brother Javed, or his brilliant sons or daughters) that would ever be remotely considered anti-Pakistan or anti-Islam.
I laugh at former Playboy, by now probably Viagra-needing pro-fundamentalists, like Imran Khan (whom I once admired) and others making accusations against Shakil. It amazes me how many dumb idiots, especially on Twitter and FaceBook (places they exercise right to free speech), foaming at the mouth about wanting to have GEO shut down.
They do not know what it is like not to have these basic freedoms of expression. They do not know how to exercise the freedom of switching the channel if they do not like something. They want things to be exactly how they want them or to be shut down.
These idiots did not serve in newsrooms that were raided by scummy crooked military officers of evil dictator General Zia's regime to rip out stories being put in the next day's paper. They did not know journalists whose fingernails were ripped out by "security services" as we knew. They did not get court-martialed as an engineering student leader for leading marches against the military regime as I did.
They did not fall sleep on the floors of newspaper press buildings at 4AM to make sure nothing kept the presses from running. Shakil did, and I was proud to have been next to him in those times.
Long live democracy, freedom of speech, and a free Press, in Pakistan as well as USA.
And long live my friend Shakil and his family.

My Late Mother And I, Happy Mother's Day, A Half Century Ago, Captured By My Late Father. —
Beloved Ami Jan, as you look down from your place in heaven, on this and every Mother’s Day, please know that every day that has passed since you left too soon 22 years ago has been a day devoted to loving, missing and remembering you.
One day the number of years that you have been gone will exceed the number of days I was blessed with your love, your presence, your prayers in every aspect of my life.
But I promise you my love for you will continue to flow even more deeply in my soul and the tears that roll down my cheeks as I write these lines that have never let up, never dried, will mark the passing of all the days I have yearned for you to somehow be back, even if it meant exchanging the remaining days of my life for you to have a chance to live again.
Happy Mother’s Day, Ami, will be when God wills for me to walk up to you in the afterlife, and say, I am your son, and I hope I lived a life that was worthy of having been your son. I love you, forever and beyond, Ami.

Add some layers of clouds meandering about their short-lived hours of existence, as a bird flies by to nest for the night.
Mix in a boat with sunset worshippers caught in silhouette, as I watch from my blessed home, and you get another stunning magical moment, another memory, another blessing to lower my head in gratitude for, as I mutter my eternal thanks to God.

I have always been a supporter of democracy, imperfect as it is, over all forms of dictatorship and tyranny, whether ‘benevolent dictators' or hypocritical Kings supposedly custodians of holy places.
One reason Pakistan has always been overrun by its own military was that there were never any consequences to the military people who broke the constitution.
As in every society, sycophants will crawl at the feet of whoever has power, regardless of how evil or how illegal the dictator may be.
The worst cancer of religious intolerance, extremism and terrorism was injected into Pakistani society more than 30 years ago by the vile General Zia, who turned Islam into a weapon against democracy and moderation.
It was with a sense of hope that I read this news item today. Former #Pakistan Dictator Pervez Musharraf indicted on Treason!
General Musharaff was not bad as far as dictators go, and even did a few good things. Of course, he let power go to his head and paid the price. Even after being ousted he was delusional enough to return to Pakistan expecting to win back power.
I do not wish to see him condemned to death or anything that would be too extreme.
But, may this be a good start to the concept of "actions have consequences" and "no one is above the law" that Pakistan has long needed.
More than teaching Musharaff a lesson, I hope this teaches all politicians, and military people, that Pakistanis have awakened, the rule of law is getting established in the echelons of power, and that in time Pakistan can be a strong, stable, moderate democracy and a regional power of good. Amen.

The nearly 7 years old Nikon D300 still can capture some mesmerizing scenes at sunset.
This Tampa Bay sunset I shot at home in Florida, looks crooked because the cloud edge appears to slope. But it actually is straight if you would see the original larger photo I cropped this from.
But the brilliant burning red heart figure in the sky to right above, and the two almost human eye like dark blobs to the right of the stunning Gold sun with clouds sliding past it, make for a surreal scene.

I took this macro photo with my WindowsPhone Lumia 1020 held as close to a new rose, blooming at my Florida home, as the lens could handle. This was cropped to 20% to show the detail of the sweet pink core of the rose sensually unfurling to receive the attention and love it hungered for.

I was enjoying a calm, breezy, somewhat cool, but pleasant Florida winter afternoon. It was definitely a far cry from the 10F temperature I would have faced in NY.
As soon as I saw this band of clouds form over Tampa Bay, Florida, I knew it was going to make for a spectacular sunset.
In addition to the needed additional layers of clouds at different altitudes and distances, the darker cloud formation was wide enough to cover the sun and alost automatically set the scene for out of this world colors.
The good old Nikon D300 with a 450mm equivalent Nikkor lens were standing by as I watched the colors change from the house.
As a sole bird soared in the distance, I knew it was time to step outside and soak in this heavenly scene of God’s creation.
When the sun sunk over the horizon, I bent my head in Maghrib (sunset) prayers, and gave thanks to God for all that he has blessed me with. With your prayers and his blessings, may the best still lie ahead.

Boating, yachting, sailing, and even flying over and driving to beautiful yachting locations is one of my passions.
This photo was taken with an old cell phone, on a stunning day at Port Jefferson Harbor, in Long Island, on the North Shore, one of many beautiful New York boating areas.
I have been blessed to have owned and operated boats from 23 to 40 feet. Much that I would love to afford a 70-100 feet long yacht, I prefer things I can operate alone without needing a crew.
However, I loved this moment as the yacht’s gleaming BOW was TIEd by dark dock lines on a stunning blue day.

Happiness Is A Choice.
If you are an inherently happy person, you will have a happy life, regardless of what imperfections, challenges, and even pains & sorrows come your way.
For, in time, even the times of tragedies will turn into bittersweet memories.
How you choose to live your life in the time that remains is all that will remain, to enjoy while you're alive, and how you will be remembered when you are gone.
Choose to be Happy and all Happiness will come your way.

It is always an incredible sight when huge bodies of water like the Great South Bay on Long Island, New York, freeze over after several days of frigid winter weather.
The sandy beach at my home in New York then turns into a stunning spectacle of frozen snow dunes, and toffee like layers of cracked ice sheets, glittering in the fiery glow of the falling sun.
With new snowy weather approaching in clouds heavy with moisture doing their best to cover the scene, even the overexposed sky’s white colors look like an inverted snow mountain in the heavens.
The amazing sight is to see the brilliant colors of the sun reflected on the ice as if they were reflecting on still water.

Snow Falling On (Out)Siders.
Much that I would love to be in Florida when New York is facing blizzards, I also choose to savor whatever life offers.
Whether a twist of fate or a turn of luck, a change of seasons or changes in people.
I choose to believe in celebrating the unique experiences, good and bad, of my life, knowing, just like no two snowflakes falling on me right now are alike, no one else could have lived my life, and savored it the way God created it uniquely, exclusively for me, if I did not take the good with the bad.
That is why I do not forever dwell on the storms I faced, but cherish surviving them stronger than before.
I will not cry for something lost or tossed aside, but I will celebrate something new found in something old and abandoned.
I will, God willing, always choose, and believe, that my wildest dreams are not even a fraction of what God will bless me with, no matter what rain, or hail, or sleet, or snow falls on my path of life.
The journey is the reward, no matter what final destination God blesses me to get to.
So, hold my hand, and know, no matter how slippery, dark, dangerous and twisted the path, every step will be an adventure to savor, and every mile will be a destination to celebrate along the way…
Come with me…

On my first trip to Grand Cayman that my then girlfriend took us on for my birthday, our first impression had been that the place was not as spectacular as other islands of the Caribbean.
The water was nice, the beach was nice, the place was nice, but nothing spectacular. The inclement weather that 4th of July weekend was also not helping.
But ironically, early in the morning, before 7AM, when the beach was empty, and the storm was still covering the sky, these stunning colors more than made up for the first impressions.

It was just another stunning sunset on Tampa Bay, as I stood in the windy and surprisingly cold Florida air at my home to savor it.
Feeling the unusual sensation of shivering in Tampa, I decided not to go in to get a jacket lest I miss the stunning colors that God was mixing on the sky.
As I focused to capture the gold streak of cloud running across the white hot face of the sun, a bird, likely wondering how much further South it needed to go to feel warm, seemed to just shrug, “What does it matter?” as it flew North across the sun just as I clicked.
With the Nikon lens on the D300 fully zoomed on the sun at 450mm eq handheld, there was no way to change depth of field fast enough to make the bird appear sharper.
I chose not to edit it in Photoshop because these colors and image are SOOC (straight out of camera), except my adding my name of course.

I am a very adventurous modern-day old fashioned romantic, in case some of my 50 shades of color writings don’t tell you that already.
But, maybe it was watching all those Pakistan romance movie my parents loved going to see, or just being a sappy fool at heart, despite being Happily Single™ (yes, I even sold T-shirts online with that logo) I also believe in sail-mates and soul-mates, and in living happily ever after.
My parents only got 32 years together before my Mom died at 50. Dad outlived her by nearly 17 years but never remarried.
So, even as guy who loves action flicks, I shed a few tears when I watched The Notebook. If you thought The Notebook was a great movie, then you have to read this true story:
Married 62 years, Charlie & Helen Bridges died 3 days apart this month
What do you think of true love, of devotion, of mad dedication, and, of a The End to the movie of our life, like this one?

As I stood at my dock, waiting to see what new magical colors the sky would display at sunset, I noticed a cruise ship heading out of Tampa Bay, towards the Gulf of Mexico.
As the sun set on a lovely, but not overly spectacular sunset sky, I knew the ship would not make it there in time to give me a great silhouette shot.
But, just at the moment the direct sight of the sun took its last gasp and slid under the horizon, the ship was in the frame just enough to make for a lovely effect nonetheless. I clicked Bon Voyage to the ship, as it’s passengers enjoyed Sailing Off Into The Sunset, literally.

I have been blessed to see many beautiful places on this wonderful planet. And the stunning views and colors of the Bahamas and the Caribbean remain among my favorites.
The colors of the sky and water constantly change depending on how bright it is, where the sun is shining and what kind of clouds are painting patterns on the water surface.

I hope I am blessed to return to this place again. I hope this photo takes you there for a few moments in time.

Tonight’s sunset over Tampa Bay, Florida, seemed to be one of the “usually unusual” beautiful experiences of nature. Something to be savored in the moment, and then forgotten, when the next beautiful night takes its place in the eye and the mind’s eye.
But, as this unedited photo (taken with a handheld nearly six years old Nikon D300 and with NO color processing or tweaking) shows, the stunning natural subtle layers of clouds, in an otherwise clear evening, made crisper by a cold front coming through, just made for a magical incredible sight.

I was running out of time in my trip to Holland (Netherlands) during my visit to Europe.
As I left Amsterdam, I had a choice of sleeping in a bit at the hotel and heading to the airport earlier than the flight time, or taking a train and bus ride to Keukenhof, the world famous place where tulips and bulbs of all kinds cover the landscape as far as the eye can see.
This area inside the park has a beautiful tranquility to it, with a lake, fountains, wandering geese, and meandering paths, wondering eyes and summer breeze sighs, combining to make it an afternoon to remember.
This was taken with my 2 year old cell phone to snap a handheld panorama, doing my best to avoid people walking by me, and not losing the perspective the panorama app needed. It came out pretty good, I have to say.
I did make it back to the airport in time, for my return to the United States and am glad I made the time to visit this beautiful place.

There is nothing quite like the majestic serenity of a winter’s day at a secluded spot on the ocean, with not a soul in sight for miles.
The sounds of a silent soul soaking in the scene, felt, though not heard, louder than the crashing of the waves giving up the fight against gravity and the combined strength of otherwise insignificant grains of sand making their stand.
The cold onslaught of the mighty ocean merely hoping to erase recent footsteps of a man’s walk on the beach.
The surf, rolling, thundering in, and then haplessly collapsing foaming, seething, bubbling, hissing before receding, to gather strength for its next return, knowing it has no choice, but to dance this eternal dance, until the end of time.
The Atlantic Ocean’s wave’s wave a cold farewell to a New York winter’s day and ominous clouds, with the promise that they will tango again.

It has its ups and downs. We probably have between 50,000 and 70,000 hours available in life.
If Black is down and White is the up part of our lives, it is in the grey zone that we will live most of our days and hours. So mope not if you happen to hit a down period in your life. And gloat not if you happen to hit a high.
Give thanks, instead, for having the 50,000 hours of grey. Be thankful that they are not black and dark. Be grateful they are in your power to make lighter, brighter, whiter, happier, more blessed.
Be proactive, make a choice, and do all you can that God empowered you with, to make them more delightful, more love filled, more full of smiles, more brimming with love. And yes, don’t take for granted the basics.
Say a prayer of gratitude for being alive, healthy, loved, able to read with your own eyes, able to write or speak your thoughts, having the resources and ability to go online.
Bow your head to count the blessings, of having a bed to sleep in and food to eat, and being able to do many of things a billion or more on this earth cannot do.
Happy Thanksgiving, in every shade of grey.

I had happened to pull an all-nighter in Florida to finish work on a project before catching an early flight to NY.
But just as the sun was rising behind me, I saw a beautiful fall full moon still clearly shining in the sky falling to the West over Tampa Bay.
This photo was taken with a 41MP Windows Phone Nokia Lumia 1020 cell phone. It is a great camera but one thing it does is try to lighten dark photos. That is great for indoor dark scenes but in this case it tried to “help” by making the scene lighter, easier to see, but taking away the rich tones I was seeing.
I enhanced the photo by darkening it back in Photoshop to bring it closer to what I saw that day…. “Fall Full Moon Falls As Sun Rises To Keep It At Bay At Tampa Bay”.

Even though Orlando is far from my favorite bodies of water, like Tampa Bay and the Atlantic Ocean, the landscaping in most resorts makes up for that with ample water surrounding everything.
This particular November afternoon on a Hilton Grand Vacations resort was a splendid display of the power of nature’s colors in Florida, with a touch of Orlando Magic.
This photo was taken with my WindowsPhone Lumia1020, imported into iPhoto, enhacned in Photoshop, with copyright insertion, and reimported into iPhoto to post on Flickr.

This is a handheld photo taken at maximum zoom of the Nokia, WindowsPhone, Lumia 1020 at my home on Long Island New York this summer.
It is amazing to see the detail of pollen on the petals that a 41MP cell phone camera’s zoom (crop to merely 1.5MB) picture can show.
I Imported into iPhoto, enhanced with copyright insertion in Photoshop, and shared with you all.
1989 was my first full year of living in the United States (after first coming in 1987). And at the end of that year, during a visit to Miami, Florida, where I made many wonderful friends, it was Susane Ronai, a dear friend until years afterwards, who took me to Disney in Orlando for New Year’s.
Even though I came to Orlando many times in subsequent years, for meetings, to speak at conferences like HIMMS, and more, I never made it back to a Florida theme park. I did go to Universal Studios in Los Angeles, and to Six Flags in New Jersey, both in 1991.
This year, I finally made it back to a theme partk after nearly 22 years, with my beautiful girlfriend Kat. It ended up being Universal Studios’ Islands of Adventure, in Orlando, that we spent November 10, 2013, at.
The more than 10 miles of walking we got in was quite a lot, especially wearing new shoes without socks. LOL. But the Hulk roller coaster (that I took twice), and the tower where you are shot up at the same acceleration as a fighter jet being catapulted off an aircraft carrier, were definitely worth experiencing (again).
I had to miss the Poseidon experience because it was a stunning day and I wanted to capture a panorama (actually an auto stitch with the Microsoft Photosynth app in my Lumia 1020 41MP phone). Not using a tripod means less than perfect alignment, but in this case Photosynth did a decent job. I cropped the full 360x360 degree spherical view into a rectangular photo for you to enjoy.
Feel free to post the link on your FaceBook or Twitter feeds if you have been to this place, and share your stories here.
This is a panorama photo of my blessed home in Florida, the white home to the right. You have to click to soak in the scene larger size on a monitor. It was taken while standing in the water of Tampa Bay at my beach as the tide was receding.
Having slept at 4AM or so, I was woken by my girlfriend who had gone for a walk on the beach and realized the stunning Florida sky colors, sand flats color and the water shades would be worth waking me up for.
Normally waking me up from deep sleep is a serious offense (LOL), but in this case I just jumped out of bed and walked on to the sands with her.
I took 22 handheld Nikon D300 images facing the morning sun. It was a breathtaking moment as the sun behind the home gave it a heavenly aura.
Later back inside on my brand new MacBook Pro Adobe Photoshop and other apps could not handle stitching them straight but in a wave shape, but they were stitched by Microsoft’s ICE program on Windows 8, running in Parallels. But even that skipped 2 shots, as it seems beach/water/horizon/sky are the weakest parts of panorama software and those happen to be my favorite subjects. Oh well, this will do for now.
I opened that stitched image in Photoshop CC/CS to fill out the jagged edges (Fill/Content Aware), improved shadow detail, but did not reduce sun glare which would make the sky color seem fake, so I just added my name, exported as JPG and imported into iPhoto to post on Flickr.
I hope you enjoy this moment as much I did and do. Your prayers to bless my family, me and my homes are always requested.

This stunning silhouette of a breathtaking red sky over St. Petersberg, Florida, was taken across miles of wide open Tampa Bay, with my mostly trusty 5+ years old Nikon D300, in mid-September.

I got into making panoramas a long time before most people. I still miss my QTVR Authoring Studio software that Apple did not support well. I miss my precision engineered 0-360 degree OneShot lens (accidentally broken along with a Nikon camera at Christmas 2008).
Yet over time the ability of cell phone cameras and software to enable me (and millions of others) to take panoramas made up for that. I really appreciate the camera and photography capabilities of my WindowsPhone Lumia 1020, but alas it's panorama stitching capabilities do not handle handheld photography (standing in one spot turning taking dozens of photos while trying to keep the camera location fixed) well at all.
This becomes sadly apparent in beach/horizon photos, among my favorite subjects. Often the horizon will appear as a square waveform if even one picture is processed by the software a few pixels above where it should be.
I do appreciate my iPhone 4S camera app for its ability to fairly seamlessly stitch together a panorama, but it is not a full 360 degrees. Some other apps do offer good options though.
So, in this particular case, the stunning colors of the sky on Fire above the beach at my home on Long Island (left of the photo) and the glowing red horizon showing Fire Island (and a near full moon on the right of the picture) were due to the awesome camera on the WindowsPhone Lumia. But, I did have to manually cut/move/paste some of the horizon parts to make them straight, in Photoshop.
It took effort to make the horizon (almost) straight since I am not a Photoshop guru. Nor do I have the time to compensate for the fact that these were all taken standing on sloping sand turning around in a full circle. Making the horizon a perfect straight line on both sides to align on the left and right is something I would love to do (and process this photo into a pixel accurately aligned real Quicktime virtual reality immersive experience) but alas, lack of time means I can only share the magic of this moment in a straight flat but, you will agree, stunning image.
Here's to software getting better faster than any hopes of my photography skills!

As I was driving home from lunch recently during my 3 weeks stay at my home in Long Island, New York, I did a quick (but safe) U-turn on South Country Road to catch this photo from one of the few trees like this that still had leaves on them.
This year it seemed like the season changed rather quickly. With all of God's blessings, even as I Look Up, Fall (Coming) Down all around is what I see.

As the cold air starts to creep in from the North, the sun starts to slide to set more over the water than land on the South Shore of Long Island, New York. The moisture squeezed out of the air also makes for crisper cooler air to breathe in but also for sharper photographs. Dusk scene at my blessed home beach in NY, taken with my new WindowsPhone Lumia 1020.
Now that is what I call Microsoft Office AND Microsoft Windows. It is a good thing I do not have to visit the Microsoft office in Southwest Florida regularly. With windows offering a 270 degrees waterview like this -- combining my loves for boating/waterfront living and flying {as jets come in to land right across the bay) -- I'd get nothing done! Two handheld photos I took with my WindowsPhone Lumia 1020, merged in Microsoft ICE and titled in Photoshop.
