When "Random" Isn't So Random — Facebook AI Gets Eerily Specific - IMRAN®
For a change of pace in my Thank You post to Top Fans, I tapped the new AI option next to Facebook's usual vivid geometric backgrounds. I expected something generic.
Instead, from the simple prompt "Celebrating sunsets German Shepherd beach life," the system generated an image with markings uncannily close to my German Shepherd Dog K2.
Now, sure — there are tens of thousands of GSDs with similar patterns. But there are also thousands of variations it could've chosen. The accuracy made me pause and wonder whether Meta's AI wandered a little too close to my albums or posts.
Probably coincidence. Probably. Still… hmmm. I'd love to hear of others' similar experiences.
