While the world was counting down and raising glasses on the night of December 31, 2025, I was occupied with the QUANTUM LAIR creating a different kind of New Year’s message — one that refuses to pretend everything is fine just because a calendar flipped a number, but the world did not turn a page.
So many sing to celebrate fireworks and fresh starts My heart's song is for millions who don’t get either
Few sing songs about shattered bodies, broken hearts The world could speak up, or fight — but does neither
For the people whose midnight brings no relief For the names erased, daily grief beyond belief
Innocent children living — dying — daily in fear Voices the cold world keeps choosing not to hear!
A new year means nothing if we carry the same silence into it. So I created a different kind of Happy New Year song as a reminder — and a refusal. We cannot toast to new beginnings while choosing to look away from ongoing suffering.
If you believe art should confront reality, not escape it… If you believe music can still speak truth when worlds collide and words fail… Then this is the song I made for you.
