Time flies. Delta Tampa to New York early morning flight. Marking a milestone and memory. Took the same descent path over open water of the Atlantic Ocean to final approach for landing at JFK as my flight exactly 37 years ago.
(I)[still] belong to the (New York) City, and Manhattan remains my forever American hometown.
So much has happened. Unlike the song lyrics, everything's changed. Except my sense of gratitude and appreciation for the miracles of my life.
Blessed beyond belief. Thank you, God.
