Consumer Alert: Watch out for #AAA AAA The Auto Club Group fraud. I had free trial until June 2023. I did not renew. They charged $75 to my American Express but I saw it too late to challenge it. Later on I saw they did not even have an account for me in their system, which accepts my password change request but still says there is no account. Now they have hit me a second FRAUD $75 charge. NO chat option, NO email option on their garbage UX website. Reporting to Amex for FRAUD and to bounce the payment.
