Magnificent Late October Tampa Bay Sunset Five Years Ago At Apollo Beach Home 360°x360° - IMRAN™

This perfect moment of tranquility was captured with 2GB worth of Nikon D850 handheld photos. It was autumn and the last week of October 2018 was coming up.

I took exactly 4 dozen photos as accurately as I could, trying to keep my hands steady and arms level. I did that while turning full 360 three times hoping to not move too much from the spot I started at. I wanted to catch all the details top to bottom, and all around, even though some of the edges get messed up when handheld photos are stitched. 

It is ironic that 2GB of photos must be reduced into a 5MB or so image for Facebook to accept. In the full image, especially on a large screen TV, you would see this 30,000 x 150,000 pixels image as if you were standing here next to me.

You can see my Yamaha WaveRunner jet ski, which was lost after a storm a few years later. The DJI Phantom 4 drone stood on dock ready on deck  for a sunset flight. 

A boat was passing my dock heading home. This was just four months before I would get Kennedy, my German Shepherd Dog you all know, as well as K2 a year after that.

Boats & Ships Pass Breathtaking Tampa Bay Florida Dusk At Apollo Beach Home - IMRAN™ I have not flown my DJI Phantom 4 drone in a long time. But I did manage to do so tonight. I did not get a chance to transfer the images to the computer yet but wanted to post one from the many unpublished ones. This was from just two months after I had bought the drone in 2016. It was an evening a few days after the 4th of July 2016. A lit-up boat crosses Tampa Bay towards Apollo Beach, while a ship leaving the Port of Tampa goes in the other direction in the distance. Magnificent dusk spans the sky as I capture the scene from the drone a few feet above the water. No editing, no filters, no processing at all. Just nature's magic at Maghreb time. © 2016-2021 IMRAN™

As the fourth of July weekend was rolling to an end, I took out the DJI Phantom 4 drone to the dock. I wanted to capture the view of the fireworks from all around the Tampa Bay area. This is Part 1, presented as a quick and dirty music video.

Kennedy and K2, my German Shepherd Dogs, were with me, as I recorded this drone flight and as the night boomed with the explosions from fireworks. I launched the drone a few minutes before 9 PM at which hour I expected the fireworks to start in earnest.

Enjoy the music. The music is actually just a 30-seconds riff I created to build on later. It even has two notes I hit accidentally and would not use in any actual music album. In the interest of time, I just repeated the loop a few times for this video. Enjoy the fireworks. Share with your friends who will also enjoy them.

See Sea Green Light Heavy Dark Monsters At Bright Stunning Dusk Tampa Bay (SOOC) - IMRAN™

This is actually an unedited, SOOC (straight out of camera), five years old DJI Phantom 4 drone video clip. It was recorded after a sunset Livestream flight at my blessed home on Tampa Bay, Florida in 2016. I have these two green LEDs (which I have had to replace many times over the years) that I sometimes turn on to enjoy the schools of fish that populate these waters in Apollo Beach. The mind-blowing sunset and dramatic dusk colors just make this scene otherworldly especially when you can make out the shapes and shadows of some of the monstrous seafood around the green lights. If you look in the middle of the frame you can also see the new moon. Scenes From Symphony Isles Apollo Beach Tampa Bay Florida Boat Parade - IMRAN™ Despite it being a weird year in so many ways, it was good to see some traditions continue, especially safe boating with social and nautical distancing. Of course, the occasional naughty gal and nautical vessel under the command of an inebriated loudmouth sailor running aground more than once and almost wiping out my dock is not a tradition I want to see continue. I had not flown the DJI Phantom 4 drone in several months, and the boat parade going past my home was a good reason to fire it up. Boats from my Symphony Isles neighborhood's southern flank, as well as from neighboring communities like Mira Bay, etc. were already heading back home by 8 PM returning from the bay bordering Andalucia and Circles, etc. Enjoy the 450% hyperlapsed 1-minute video to get an aerial view. Tampa Bay Flats Spin Apollo Beach Florida.- IMRAN™

Many of us became aware of the term flat spin from the deadly scene in Top Gun, when Tom Cruise's F14 TomCat loses airflow over the wings and spins flat down to the sea.

Thankfully there was no flat spin, nor any crash in water, in the filming of this aerial spin drone flying quick view of the flats on Tampa Bay at Apollo Beach, across from my blessed home.

It was a 45 seconds clip but I sped it up to save you time. :-) It was part of my livestream today which got disconnected a minute into the video.

I will share one by one the main clips I happened to have hit record on during flight. I hope you enjoy this virtual visit in visual reality.
