Thought For Food: Goat Curry At Roti Saturday Night - IMRAN®
I was craving Pakistani Indian food few weekends ago. Saturnight (that makes more sense to me than calling it SaturDAY Night) I tried out the new place in Riverview. It was opened by a really nice gentleman I got to know from his earlier restaurant in Brandon.
Ironic to have eaten Naan, clay-oven flame-baked bread — not roti, that’s made on a black metal plate on a stove — at a place called Roti. It’s a very basic place with reasonable prices for a quick bite to eat.
Closeup of the goat curry, which was ok but not as great as the butter chicken. Hoping they’ll improve.
