Fabulous Friday Stunning Sunset Dramatic Dusk - IMRAN™ This is only half of the stunning sunset and dusk I captured at home this past Friday at my blessed home. About half a dozen photos with the 16-yeara old Nikon D300 still created a stunning 250MB image, which would be too big to share. Pretty Pictures Port Tampa, Three Times Same Ship Seen - IMRAN™ (# 1) By coincidence I got to see a cruise ship three separate times on the same day. I was in downtown Tampa for a meeting yesterday. I was heading home when I saw the ships docked at Port Tampa Bay. It’s a beautiful spot which I managed to capture with no traffic around. The Florida Aquarium and a massive Carnival ship’s structure made a beautiful background. The roadway lanes and several loop-marking street signs made a nice foreground. As I was driving past the Carnival vessel the second ship became visible. But there were too many trees to take a clear picture of it. Later I saw that second ship as it left the port and headed out on Tampa Bay. Spectacular Long Island New York Day At Marina On Mud Creek Near My Home In East Patchogue (360°) - IMRAN™ I had been out riding my motorbike in Long Island about 4 years ago when I turned towards the commercial marina on the other side of the private marina of my community. I stopped to capture about a dozen iPhone 7 Plus photos to make this panorama. It was a perfect late fall day for riding a motorcycle but also to be out on the boat. when most people tend to have ended their season. Amazing Arching Architecture Superbly Spans Shops Revealing Riveting Retail Therapy Travel Time - IMRAN™ They say what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. However, that does not apply to what you buy in Las Vegas. In addition to all the things that the city is famous for, the hotels and casinos find many other ways to take your money. Key among those, retail therapy and wallet-draining shopping are also on tap. The magnificent architecture, and always changing decor, ensure that even repeat visits do not become boring. Generally though, it is not a city that I have much interest in. Well, other than the eating opportunities. That is because everything that it is most popular for, from gambling to drinking to other “extracurricular” activities, none of those are in my areas of interest or participation. There comes a stage when I’ve already seen all the Cirque du Soleil shows that are in town. I’ve also got a few others. But beyond having too many great dinners, walking and people watching do provide some entertainment.
